It’s quick and easy

Returns and exchanges at Nzsneaker are easy and stress-free. No need to freak out if the product doesn’t fit, it’s not how you imagined it or you made an irrational pay-day decision and you don’t want to eat noodles for the next fortnight. You can easily return your online order up to 60 days from the purchase date.* If the product is returned in the original condition you received them in and with the original and undamaged shoe box/packaging, you are eligible for a refund or exchange!

Exchanges can be made in store or through our Nzsneaker customer care team.

* Please note, 60 Day Returns & Exchanges are only available for purchases made online.

How to return or exchange your purchase

  1. Ensure your purchase is in the condition you received them in and with the original and undamaged packaging.
  2. Fill out your Returns & Exchange Form that you received with your packing slip (it should be on the opposite side of your invoice), You can swap for a different size, colour or product. It’s no problem!
  3. Using a carton or courier bag, package the product and send off via traceable courier. Please don’t use the box to courier back to us. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us at Nzsneaker, so do the smart thing and use Track n Trace!

How to get a refund

Nzsneaker Online gives you 60 Day no fuss Refunds, so if you’re not stoked with your purchase we will happily give you your money back processed through the same tender as the original purchase. Just make sure you have proof of purchase and the item is unused and in its original condition.

Please note: Any shipping fees will not be refunded for returns and exchanges.

Repairs or faulty goods

In the unlikely event that the item you purchased is faulty, we will try our hardest to either replace or repair it. Please get in touch with our online Nzsneaker team as soon as you notice a fault.

If the returned product has a manufacturing fault that can be repaired, Nzsneaker will arrange for the repair at our expense. If the fault is caused through fair wear and tear, Nzsneaker will offer to get the product repaired at the customer’s expense.

If the product returned has a manufacturing fault that can not be repaired or replaced, Nzsneaker will either offer a full refund, an exchange option or a credit note, plus any return postage charges depending on your preference.

Our experienced product team review all damaged and faulty product sent back to us. We will not replace product that they consider to be damaged because of fair wear and tear.
